Through Colour Rendering

On this project in Welwyn Hertfordshire, our team were contracted in to apply a modern Through colour rendering system to the rear of the building. The Render was machine applied and finished to the manufacturer specification before handing back to the client.

Baldock, Hertfordshire

Three storey new build town houses in Baldock, Hertfordshire. Our works included a complete dry-lining and plastering package, Thermal plasterboard, fireline encasements, moisture board and standard plasterboard were used where specified before finally plastering and handing back to the main contractor.

Wewlyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

A project we completed for a local developer, here we were contracted in with a full drylining package consisting of a new floor screed, plasterboard to new walls and ceilings and finally a skim finish to new and all existing areas.

Wetherby External Rendering Systems

Together with a developer we were tasked with creating a warmer and more comfortable environment for this home owner. By using the Wetherby External Insulation rendering system (EWI) we were able to do just that. Walls were insulated with 60mm insulation board, base coat and mesh were applied, then it was finished with a coloured render ready for the final 6mm dashing coat.

Multiple unit development

Our contracted works on this high development included insulation, dry lining and plastering, followed by a coloured through render system to exterior elevations.
